用平面波展开方法计算二维光子晶体带隙结构Calculating the photonic band gap structure of two-dimensional photonic crystal using the plane wave expansion method

摘要(Abstract):
应用平面波展开方法(PWM)计算了三角晶格和正方晶格二维空气柱光子晶体带隙结构。结果表明三角晶格和正方晶格二维空气柱光子晶体存在对应TE、TM模的带隙,并且在某些条件下存在完全带隙。比较而言,三角晶格结构光子晶体存在更大的完全带隙。
