基于IFLBP及空间隶属度相似性的CFFCM图像分割CFFCM image segmentation based on IFLBP and spatial membership similarity

摘要(Abstract):
针对无中心模糊C-均值(Center-Free Fuzzy C-Means, CFFCM)聚类算法未考虑像素的纹理特征及空间信息,且时间复杂度高的问题,提出一种基于直觉模糊局部二值模式(Intuitionistic Fuzzy Local Binary Pattern, IFLBP)及空间隶属度相似性改进的CFFCM算法。该算法结合像素的局部及非局部空间信息,设计新的空间隶属度相似性计算公式,以降低CFFCM算法的时间复杂度。同时,基于直觉模糊集理论,利用直觉模糊局部二值模式算子提取图像的纹理信息,并将其引入到目标函数中,以改善算法对于具有复杂纹理特性图像的分割精度。仿真实验结果表明,改进算法有效提升了运算速度以及图像分割性能。
