针对室内固定WiFi设备缺失或较少的情形下,难以获取准确稳定的室内位置信息的问题,提出一种基于多用户WiFi信号强度的室内定位方法。该方法通过待定位用户的设备发射一个WiFi热点,多个已知位置信息的用户连接并持续监测该热点的信号强度。再利用距离与信号强度之间的关系,推断待定位用户与多个已知用户之间的位置关系。最后,通过分析位置关系中的几何约束确定目标用户的位置信息。实验结果表明,所提方法无需构建庞大的指纹数据库,可以通过利用多用户之间的WiFi信号强度信息实现室内定位,能够在无固定设备部署的室内环境中获取稳定的室内位置信息。
Abstract:To address the difficulty of achieving accurate and stable indoor positioning when fixed WiFi devices are absent or scarce, an indoor positioning method based on multi-user WiFi signal strength is proposed.It emits a WiFi hotspot through the device of the user to be located, and the multiple users with known position information connect and continuously monitor the signal strength of the hotspot.Subsequently, the positional relationships between the target user and these known users are deduced with the relationship between distance and signal strength.Finally, the target user's position is determined by analyzing the geometric constraints within these positional relationships.Experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves indoor positioning by utilizing the WiFi signal strength information among multiple users without the need for constructing a large fingerprint database.It provides stable indoor position information in environments without fixed equipment deployment.
