基于区块链与可搜索加密的电子病历共享方案

摘要:

针对不同医疗机构之间电子病历(Electronic Medical Record,EMR)数据共享困难、患者隐私泄露的问题,提出一种基于区块链与可搜索加密的电子病历共享方案。该方案利用区块链技术,结合基于身份的加密与代理重加密,实现云服务器中EMR的密态检索,从而确保检索结果的完整正确性。安全性分析结果表明,所提方案具有关键词密文不可区分性、陷门不可区分性和可抵御内部关键词猜测攻击的隐私安全特性。仿真结果表明,所提方案具有较高的EMR关键字密文检索效率。

Abstract:

For the problems of difficulty in sharing electronic medical record(EMR) data and leakage of patient privacy between different medical institutions, an electronic medical record sharing scheme based on blockchain and searchable encryption is proposed.Using blockchain technology, combined with identity-based encryption and proxy re-encryption, the encrypted retrieval of EMR in the cloud server is realized to ensure the completeness and correctness of the retrieval results.Security analysis shows that the proposed scheme has the characteristics of keyword ciphertext indistinguishable, trapdoor indistinguishable, and the privacy safety which can resist internal keyword guessing attack.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme has high EMR keyword retrieval efficiency.
