基于区块链技术的社会信用体系构建

摘要:

对网络化时代社会信用体系建设存在的信用数据存储中心化、共享困难、隐私泄露以及评级优化等问题进行分析,构建基于区块链技术的社会信用体系。从技术角度探讨区块链去中心化、安全可靠、公开共享及不可篡改等特性,结合现代化社会信用体系技术支撑的实际需求,设计面向社会信用体系建设的区块链分层技术架构,给出社会信用体系内部流程,并基于高校信息管理与服务应用场景,构建学生诚信体系。验证结果表明,该体系可以实现信用数据安全存储共享与评级优化。

Abstract:

The problems of credit data storage centralization, sharing difficulties, privacy leakage, and rating optimization in building social credit systems in the networked era are analyzed, and a social credit system based on blockchain technology is constructed. From a technical perspective, the characteristics of blockchain decentralization, security and reliability, public sharing, and tamper-resistance are discussed. Based on the actual needs of supporting modern social credit system technology, a hierarchical blockchain technology architecture is designed for the construction of social credit system, and the internal processes of social credit system are proposed. A student credit system in the application scenarios of information management and services in universities is implemented. Verification results indicate that the security storage and sharing of credit data are implemented and the evaluation can be optimized in the system.
